Beware

I don't like going to Deerbrook Mall after I recently found out that stores like Palais Royal do not prosecute shoplifters. I also found out Media Magic, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Agaci, do not prosecute shoplifters. I also found out that according to the amount that is stolen from Macy's they only release you with a ticket. Macy's does not prosecute shoplifters to the fulliest either. This is why there is so much crime at Deerbrook mall and other surrounding malls that have these stores. The shoplifters know that these stores do not prosecute, and a cycle of thieves keep coming to these same stores. *** Sporting Goods at deerbrook mall ask that the consumers leave their guns in their vehicle and this is also why there are vehicle break ins at deerbrook mall. The mall security cannot do anything about the thefts because the stores refuse to prosecute. Also, when you have a vehicle break in at the mall, they will not share survelliance videos to help prosecute. please be aware that this is happening at this mall. Your safety and protection is important.

Deerbrook Mall Movie Theater Review

Watching a movie in the theatre right now..clean up your THEATRES after a movie. No one wants to sit in popcorn or step in *** Guess someone couldn't hold it. Terrible theatre! Never coming here again.

Scammers!!!

Korah Korkmal a employee at the kiosk named TOY LAND at DeerBrook Mall in Humble Tx sold me a remote control helicopter on 2/13 that he claimed had a HD camera built in, and also a SD card to store the media. Upon arriving home and looking into the device further we noticed there was no camera whatsoever built into this helicopter. I returned the next day 2/14 and told Korah that he had lied. He proceeded to say he had no idea the camera wasn't inside and pulled one out from under the counter. He then proceeded to try and sell the camera I had already been told was a part of my purchase. I refused the item and told him to give me a full refund and handed him the receipt for this $194.85 item. He then stated he would give me a full refund. He started pushing buttons and acting confused and called who I assume is his boss named MURAT and spoke to him in his native language which I could not understand.After waiting for my refund that I was promised He told me he could not get the machine to work and asked me to come back on 2/16 when MURAT was available to do the refund and gave me two phone numbers to contact before making the to be sure MURAT was available On 2/16 after being told via text message to come get my refund I was given the run around. Another employee was at the KIOSK and called MURAT on the phone and acted as if he couldn't get the machine to work.He then RUDELY asked me to leave my item and receipt and that MURAT would give me a refund within one hour and to check my bank account. I refused and asked for my receipt back and he got very upset and refused and said I needed to leave both items. I then grabbed it off the KIOSK and grabbed the helicopter that I paid for and walked away. The employee then rudely and in an angry manner proceeded to chase me and my 10 month old towards the door demanding I leave the helicopter.As I left DEERBROOKMALL I received harassing text messages by MURAT claiming I did not leave the item so he could not give me a refund,& stating I had no receipt.

I took my niece an nephew shopping at the Deerbrook location in Houston. Tx the employees where so racist they didnot want to wait on us they had one lady of color we had to stand in line until her register was available because the other white cashier did everything but wait on us. after the lady of color waited on us he then called the next person in line. The manager stood by watching all of this transpire. upon exiting the customer that the white salesperson assisted apoligized for his actions an stated they just lost a customer. I called another location that gave me the district mamagers number I left him a msg voicing my treatment in the store, an also leaving number to contact me as of yet I still have NOT gotten a call back. It makes me think the employees are getting there directions from the district managers on how to treat black shoppers that come into the store. In todays time it's sad that people can take racisim into a retail store where I am spending my money.
